  1. New students, please first activate your account at https://ncu.edu.tw/q/freshman-account-activation .
  2. Students, please login with your Portal SPARC account and password. Forget password, change your password at https://ncu.edu.tw/q/email-account-change-password, and then try again.
  3. For new faculty and staff, the portal account will be active at noon. If you have any problem with your account, contact #57771.
  4. For student, if you forgot your password, please refer to: http://wiki.cc.ncu.edu.tw/wiki/Portal_Q2
  5. For Alumni Login, please enter your ID card number. For default password, please enter 7 digits of your birth year, month and day. (ex. 0881001)
